"INTERMEDIO" - CAROLINA ROSS
Miami, Florida, ESTADOS UNIDOS. To celebrate another year of life, Mexican star Carolina Ross releases her new album titled “Intermedio,” a recording that embraces a new way of offering songs to the public, interpreted in her own style and on her own terms.
“Intermedio” is not just a list of good songs; it is an audiovisual work divided into three acts, where each stage represents a decisive moment in a love story and each track gives voice to a universal emotion. The album honestly captures that emotional transition — that moment when a relationship has ended but the heart has not yet said goodbye, the space between what was and what may someday be again; the pause where we continue feeling, remembering and learning to let go.
Leading this release, Carolina Ross presents her own version of “Me dediqué a perderte,” one of the most iconic songs in Spanish‑language romantic music, included in Act III: The Grief. By taking the essence of the piece and interpreting it from a deeply personal perspective, Carolina aims for every word to feel close, vulnerable and real. Her voice becomes the vehicle to tell a story that, although familiar to many, takes on a different dimension when heard — and lived — from one’s own wound.
